E2T IP address

Hi All,

we have 3 system 2* MXE and 1 AX controllers working on hotel, the 2 MXE controllers working as primary and resiliency and AX is working for the analog phones.

my problem is with the resilient controller that have some alarms one of them is E2T card.

i have checked the configuration on the hardware compute cards and found slot 2 status is not responding an no ip address assigned to the E2T card i have disconnect the controller from the network and reconfigure the DHCP and assigned static IP address to E2T card but nothing happened.

What software version are you running?  You will need to use putty to connect to the E2T card (via the RTC IP address RAW port 2007) and check the to see if it is set up for either static IP or DHCP.
