Dear all,
I am facing a new issue on my MiVoice 3300 ICP (MXE III).
When some extentions are called, if not picked up, the call divert to the voicemail as normal.
But the welcome message is straight asking for pass code " Please enter your pass code ”
My customer said that is a security issue. He pretends that some one can try out and find his pass code and get into his network.
Do some one has encountered such a problem?
Please assist for solving this issue.
A step by step check list will be much appreciated.
