Lately I've been getting calls from users stating their MWI is not turning on when a message is deposited. I have verify and the MWI feature is enable, we are running MiCollab Advance Messg Admin V 8.70 MWI, I also went into Mitel Provisioning Manager V6.3 HF1 and diversion to voicemail is set there too. The thing is if I remove both and add it again user light turns on well sometimes. The voicemail is sitting on its own box. Any suggestions? Forgot to say this user is using a Aastra 6731i, we also have a mix of SIP and Digital lines connecting to the PBX.
