Just got an email from a user that state it happen again, her phone ring, rings and it doesn't go to VM after 5 rings. I have checked her setting and nothing has been done to the profile. We current have 3 servers for redundancy, but one master running MiColla Advance Messaging Admin V.870. Our PBX is an MX-One. This happen randomly not all the time. Forgot to say this user is using a Aastra 6731i, we also have a mix of SIP and Digital lines connecting to the PBX.
