I have a customer that is switching HSI providers and is getting a new IP.
They have a MiCollab and the 3300 and a couple Remote phones.
I just want to be clear so I don't take them out of service.
Where are the places I need to change the IP?
Difficult question to answer not knowing more details of the setup, but most likely just in the MSL, depending on your setup possibly in the MBG and AWVC blades as well, possibly in the MiCollab Client Deployment profiles, and could also effect the SSL certificate. Assuming nothing is changing inside the LAN, no changes should be necessary in the 3300.
