PROBLEM: MiContact Center doesn’t work when the computer display is other than 100% (for example 125%)
The problem affects all users. As an example, we will use my computer. Following are my current settings for the display 100%
MiContact Center can be opened without any problem. Following screenshot shows the MiCC view of the Agent Queue “Minusines – Reception”:
I now change the display to 125% and I restart my computer in order for the changes to be implemented:
After a restart of the computer, all icons on the desktop look bigger obviously:
I suceed to open MiCC:
But when I press on “Agent by Queue”...
I receive following message:
When I click on “Show details”, I see some explanation which I don’t understand:
I click on “Restart the application” hoping that it will solve the problem:
But even afetr a restart of the application…
