Are you logging out at the end of the day or is the system logging you out? I am assuming the system is doing a reset and logging you out as I have been logged in for several weeks now.

I am going to step out on a limb here and assume you system is doing a programmed reboot every night. If it is you can change that to weekly or even monthly or even change it to a resource recovery.

Hi v2win,

That would solve that problem.  But the problem resides with a couple of users who move around between desks.  They don't like having to enter in all the info, they would prefer just a one button that does it all.  Then I could setup one speed dial for user A and another one for user B.

Thanks.

You can create a sppedcall with the following attributes:

1 - FAC for hotdesk login
2 - hotdesk extension
3 - #
4 - pin number
5 - #

# = ok

Never tried this for hotdesk logins, but let us know how it goes.

I tried it on a 5212 and 5340 and it didnt work on either

As soon as the FAC is entered you get the login prompt.
