Outbound Caller ID

Our ISP allows us to send our name and number that is set by our Mitel 3300

Currently it displays each user's phone number and their directory name

This does not work for us because some users (eg reception) should not display their personal name when calling out of the company. We also want to keep their personal name for internal calls as it works under Directory Name now.

If possible I would like to be able to change the outgoing name to display the Department instead of the Directory Name

yes, it's a cos option you need to set to force them to display department. Think the name length is reduced though.

I believe I have it set but it is still displaying the wrong directory name not the department name
