MICC and Outlook 365

Hi all
anyone know how can i configure outlook 365 as my smtp to send reports from CCW
I try smtp.office365.com in port 587 and it doesn't work

You wont be able to relay directly through O365, at least without authenticating. Generally the easiest way is to configure a mail relay internally (such as an IIS server with SMTP) and only allow that IP to connect outbound from the network on port 25.

If you have any MSL based servers like MAS you can use it as a smart host proxy

We have ours working using smtp.office365.com and using one of our accounts as the login.   We could not get it to work on port 587, but as soon as we switched to 25, everything started flowing.

The other thing you will need to have in order for relaying inside of you network out to work is SPF records for the domain, including the public IP you are sending from, otherwise O365 will reject the mail
