HTML Desktop Toolkit - Branding

Sorry if this is a silly question to you guys - but we recently acquired a 3300 ICP.

I'm looking to get hold of the HTML Desktop Toolkit - we have 5320 phones. I want to do branding and screensavers for them. Although we had the system set up by a dealer, getting the anything, let alone the toolkit, out of them is painful.

Can anyone give me a link to download it?

You need to logon to Mitel Connect, select the Mitel Online link,
   1- mouse-over "Support" then click on "Software Downloads".
       Click on "Mitel Communications Director" and then download the HTML Toolkit.
   2- mouse-over "Support" then click on Product Documentation
       Click on "Software Development" then click on "HTML Toolkit" and download both "Packager User Guide" & "Uploader User Guide".
 
Maybe if you spoon-feed this info to them somebody there can just quickly do it for you.

Spoon feeding them doesn't work. We are a small (tiny) client so they are reluctant to help us when the bigger ones are worth more to them.
