Maximum Simultaneous Calls
« on: November 23, 2015, 09:00:26 AM »
I have a Mitel 3300 and at night we use the system as a testing site for a bunch of boardrooms, basically we have setup some automation to call our system at night and provide a test tone as a microphone test for the rooms. The test works great but as we are growing the number of sites are getting larger, and I'm concerned with the amount of incoming calls, and our system not being able to handle them. I was told that some tests failed when there was around thirty incoming calls. I was looking through the System Admin tool and couldn't find any limitation. So then I thought that it may be a bandwidth limitation, does anyone know how to check the limitation

The number of incoming calls will be limited by how many incoming trunks you have and how many devices you connect to.
Are you connecting to the test tone programmed in the Misc. form?  I would think that would only take about 32 calls at any give time but that pure guess on my part.
How many incoming trunks do you have and what are you terminating to?
