3300 MCD6.0 Day/Night Mode Log
« on: October 22, 2015, 12:39:27 PM »

How can I tell if the system is currently in Day mode or Night mode?

Is there a way to tell when/if the office person put the system into Day or Night mode?
Maybe a log message?

I think we have a problem with the office people forgettig to put the system
into day mode or night mode.

Thx Gurus

There are two ways to find out the current system mode.

There's a Feature Access code or the Maintenance command of "CP Service Display"

Changing the mode also does generate a log indicating who performed the change as well.

You can also check it from a phone, dial the Day/Night Mode Inquiry FAC, it will display the current mode.

As panda mentioned, MCD 6.0 has the ability to program a key as 'Night Indicator' this will light when the system is in Night Mode.
