Possible to adjust jitter buffer?
« on: March 10, 2015, 09:01:36 AM »
I was wondering if I could make adjustments to the jitter buffer on the phones/controller -

We have a remote site that is VPNed in and on occasion we get poor call quality.  I was hoping to increase the jitter buffer before resorting to a lower MTU.

I think the only option that affects jitter buffers is when putting the phone in TW mode it expands the jitter buffer some.
I don't even know that for sure.  I just remember hearing it somewhere.
Even then, there isn't any control of it's size.
I don't know of anywhere else it can be changed.
