LCD programming on 5330e

Hi we have Mitel 5330e IP Phone with Mitel 3300 MXe III controller release 7.0 (13.0.0.80)
I have two question:

1# How to disable display of REDIAL:XXXXXXXX message from the phone LCD
2# How to program Username on first LCD screen

I was looking under User and Services Configuration and couldn't find there to do that.

For
#1 - Program Class of Service form "Suppress Redial Display" as Yes for all the phones you want to suppress redial diaplay (note redial still works)
#2 - Can't program the Prime Key with a name. Best you could do is use another key and label it as you like.

Systems Properties -> System Feature Settings -> Class of Service Options
|-> Display -> Suppress Redial Display need to be set to YES

Works perfect.
