Chances are pretty good that the MS Exchange doesn't know what to do - how to interpret - DND. Try using a Call Forward Always button instead of DND and see how that works for you.

The forward worked, but the phone still rings. We rather not have the phone ring. I'm stumped as to why it works from and external phone, but doesn't work internally.
