Call logging Data Extract
« on: April 23, 2014, 10:08:50 AM »
Hello

We have used a tool called "Advanced PBX Data logger" from AGG Software to export call data from our 3300.  However the followijg fields are expported and we do not recognise many of them.  Can anybody please help define what they are?

Many thanks in advance (granted a few are obvious!)

I believe that if you do a search in the 3300 help files the fields are explained.

On the  edocs mitel site, is a pdf Data Interface Specifications / Developer Guide which explains it.

If you google Mitel smdr format, you'll also find a few postings of the smdr fields and definitions.
