Can anyone tell me where the list of users is help in the IP console software? I have a couple users that use this console and when I try to add users to a BFF group all the users are not listed on the left side. If i try to add manually to the XML file I can get the extension to show up but no names net to them. Anyone know where the list gets populated in the console software? I am trying to add all the office groups so teh operator can see who is on the phone and who isn't. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
