No. apart from scrubbing the extension and recreating it. Unless you can reconnect the repartee and clear the messages etc. which will clear the lines then remove the vm again.
If the VM ports are just single-line station ports, you could just connect a buttset/analog phone and dial the codes manually. Might even be able to hook up a modem and automate it if you're handy with scripting that sort of thing.

To deactivate the lamp you will need to dial the MWI Off Feature access Code (FAC) from a member of the same hunt group that lit it. At the minimum you will need to dial the code from a port that has the voice mail option enabled.Ralph
