It is actually pretty clearly spelled out in the user documenation on unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com, look here: http://download.unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com/ucx/3.2/UCExpress_3.2_Users_Guide.pdf starting on page 51 or so...

Thanks acejavelin

I read that before, but on the guide, There is something like Translation Regular Expression: $1
but there is no such output on  "Number Parsing for my Location".
And I guess <ac> <cc>  means area code and country code, but there's nothing Mentioned there, I wonder where I can find rules for these <ac> <cc>,

Thanks again

Hmmm... guess I am not really sure. Probably a tech support question, are you an authorized technician, if so opening an online ticket through Tech Central Tracker would probably best, otherwise probably want to have your dealer open one.

Why do you need to know about this, what issue are you having, normally you would just create rules and set up windows dialling locations, you dont need to do anything in the number parsing field.

thanks boycey9.
I need to know this because while I install the application on different PC, we have 2 different codes, one is OK but not perfect, but another one is total wrong, If I click RESET, then comes the wrong one, even the right one turn to be wrong.
And, I want to modify this code to make it fit our request.
Thanks again

The number parsing field is automatically created from the dialling rules you set up under phones and modems in windows.

Any numbers that are not dialling correctly should be rectified with Dialling rules, Explain your issue ie what number you cannot dial or what error you see with examples and we can probably help.
