How to find MAC address of Mitel 5000

Is there a way to find the MAC address of the 5000 natively in the system?

You mean through DBStudio? I don't think so, but it is printed on the chassis of standard controllers and on the processor card of HX chassis. Also, although I don't have one in front of me to verify it, I think you can get it through the menu on the front of the chassis.

Hi,

You can get the MAC from the web view.  Login as an admin user and click IP Settings.

Ace,
Forgive my Noob-ness but what is DBStudio?   I looked all over that chassis Saturday and couldn't find a sticker for a MAC like I expected.   I'll go look again.

chrismitel, I'm looking at the IP settings and I can see it's IP address, DNS settings, and Maximum Simultaneous Fax Over IP (Just to demonstrate what form I'm in)
 and there is no MAC Address.

Found it.   
I had to power it off and pull the main processor card.  The sticker was on the card.

Hi Ralph,

Did you web browse onto it or use the SAD tool?  I cannot find it when using the SAD tool but if you web browse to the address of the controller and login with the admin un/password then go to IP settings then you should find it there.

DBStudio is the name for the programming software, it is launched through SysAdmin software... at least that is what is used to be called.

I just looked at a couple 5000's I have on the test bench, both of them have stickers right next to the LAN port on the back of the controller.
