Created Extension and Voicemail, voicemail not working

Hello,

I am working on a new problem I have had now.  I created a new extension for a user and with it, voicemail.  The voicemail system allows the user to go in and setup the voicemail, however when someone calls the extension internally the voicemail does not pick up.

The extension has the same COS as all other phones but the voicemail just is not working.  I originally thought it might be a licensing issue so I disabled a few voicemail extensions which were not being used anymore.

There are no features currently enabled on the phone but when an internal call comes in, it shows as a call waiting.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Do you have call rerouting programmed?

Check the COS of the phone.
Look at the "auto campon" timer.  Blank it.

Also as brantn says, be sure the call is rerouted in the "call rerouting" form.

Thanks, call rerouting was set to "1" for this, which was "Normal" across the board instead of "This" pointing to 700.
