IVR - user access to enable port in emergency mode

Good Morning

I have a queetry where i need to set up a user access to a IVR hun group that has a port cofiguration wiht emergency mode.

Where in IVR i can set up so that user can jsut dial in and swithc between the 2 modes.
Reason for this is they want to toggle between 2 different subroutines where one holds all of the call flow options and other has limited ooptions and a speciffic message applied to it.

I have created the additional subroutine and assigned to more of operaione emergency. however i cannot get it to toggle betweent hem with remote dial in function as the reason is for them to do this at their liking as it does not follow any speccific schedule or pattern

Everything is done in IVR

Huntgroup ---> Work flow ( has mode of operation ) - Then it splits to 2 different subroutines based on the port mode

Any help would be grateful
