Alright, this may be an easy question but I don't see anywhere in our sys to edit digitmaps/dialmaps, not sure if it's a feature to edit.

My Issue: When trying to dial a 10 Digit phone number (Ex: 940-765-xxxx) I dial 9940 (9 for our outbound) and before I have time to dial more, it auto connects to 9940, an extension in our sys.. Now, I'm wondering if we can edit our digitmap to have a timer on a matching 4 digit ext.

You have a digit conflict with your ARS.
You can try something, I'm not sure if this will work, but try creating a system speed dial of 9940* and point that number anywhere - it doesn't matter where.  That may fix the problem.  If it doesn't, then you have to 1) change the 9940 number to something that doesn't start with a 9 or 2) in ARS, be more specific with your call routing. Add in numbers 99401, 99402, 99403, etc.

The ARS Digit Dialed was exactly what I was looking for! This worked, thank you so much!
