Help with CPN substitution
« on: August 11, 2021, 06:01:54 PM »
Hello Friends!
I was wondering if someone could advise me how to setup CPN substitution.
I used an extension outside of a certain range and now I want to setup that extension with the
same CPN substitution as that range.
I added one under DID Ranges for CPN substitution form under Trunks\SIP but it didn't work.
Did I put it in the wrong place or is there another place I need to update as well.

Thanks!

Go to Trunks -> SIP Peer Profile -> Outgoing DID Ranges. Move the new DID Range Index to the Selected Indexes box.

In the User and Device form in the Service Details tab there is a field for CPN substitution.
