MiVoice Business Console 8.0.3.13 doesn't show incoming calls

Hi All,

A little background here, I have two consoles running on Windows 7 that work flawlessly. I am setting up a new Windows 10 computer with MiVoice Business Console 8.0.3.13 and it doesn't show incoming calls. The only difference I have found is that the buttons at the bottom of the window labeled F1, F2, etc have labels above them on the Windows 7 computer but are blank on the Windows 10 computer. I am looking for the settings that control those labels. Any help is appreciated.

On the Windows 7 computer the F2 button lists our main business line and the F3 button lists our other business name but calls into the same queue.

Have you added the Console Softkeys under Users and Devices, Attendants, Console Softkeys on the MCD?
