Callflow from Nupoint to MiCC IVR
« on: September 17, 2019, 11:15:14 AM »
Hi,

I have a customer that wants the following:

DID to nupoint with a press option to go to their MiCC IVR and use the ANI filter.

My issue is the caller ID is not being passed to the IVR from the nupoint as I used the Data Inspector program and it shows the transfer as blank/no ani sent.

However my tests directly to my set from the nupoint sends caller ID and if I point the DID to the IVR huntgroup, it then passes/ANI filters properly.

Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

The customer already has an existing AA that they want to keep. I've suggested the same thing to them. The NP COS has the show held caller ID, and it's proven when I tested sending the AA selection straight to my set.
