MiCollab UC Client Softphone

Seeking for help to figure out on the UCA APP why my softphone keeps reading "Registration Failed"

I have the UC endpoint programmed in the MiVB and MiCollab.

I have licensing available in both.

I have tried changing seetings and doing re-deploying of the client.

Any hints are appreciated.

Update:

The softphone now is able to call out from the MiCollab app and I can answer the calls but the softphonekeeps dialing or ringing.

I can call internal extensions and I answer but the softphone keeps ringing like its not receive the signal that it answer already

Any help is appreciated

Hi Sergioantz,

Check if PRACK is enabled on the MiCollab embedded MBG or if you have an MBG in DMZ too.

PRACK is enabled in the SIP device capabilities 71 assigned to UC endpoints, if it is disabled on the MBG you can get this issue.
