lost software

I need the software for a Mitel HX 5000 it is running the software
Software Version 6.0 SP2 PR5 (Release 65)

I tried to work with the vendor that installed the system and got everything set up for the customer I acquired and took over management of the IT functions for there business however the vendor was unable to give me the software and insisted on a tech support contract in order for them to give me the software

so I am hopping you can assist
we left on semi good terms  with the vendor
the customers just no longer wishes to do business with that particular vendor as they where quite ineffective in there management

Viperwrolf,

Only a Mitel Vendor can properly support them as you don’t have access to software or support from Mitel.

You could become a Mitel VAR and take the customer over from the previous vendor.

yeah the customer is planning on moving off from mitel shortly so i just need to get access to the software to configure it for temporarily till the end of the year
