Noise on calls
« on: January 28, 2019, 05:55:30 AM »
Hello

We have one of our old clients using MX controller over 15 years and suddenly the system have stopped.

After checking the system we agreed to install new software manually using the hyper-terminal.

Software have been installed successfully, license retrieved back  and system data backup restored.

System has been installed back into the customer premises but we had the following issues:

1)  Noise in E1 Line both way.
2)  Noise when used music on hold bottom in the IP phones.
3)  Noise between phones (Analog to IP, IP to IP)

Note that analog to analog voice is clear.

Please support to solve the problem.

Best regards
Marwan Nugdalla

You have the protocol settings on the E1 incorrect in all probability. Change them to suit your E1.
