Hi All,

I recently purchased a Mitel UC360, but the serial number is missing on the unit (presume some form of sticker on the rear).

Does anyone know of anyway I can track via customer services to origins of the unit, or if the warranty is still intact?

Thanks for you help!

Perhaps by MAC address if your distributor kept track of them... Otherwise, if the unit is bootable you maybe able to get the serial number from the About Phone section of the Settings Menu.

Thanks for the info! I don't suppose you know how long the warranty lasts for on the UC360's? Also, are they transferable?.

Thanks once again.

In the US it is one year... But you must be a authorized dealer to get a repair/replacement.
