ACD Express with Night Service 2
« on: July 19, 2018, 05:04:47 PM »
We have a 3300 controller set up with ACD Express.
When in night service 2, Call Rerouting Always is set to forward to the NuPoint to play a message, and then the call flow does an Internal Blind Transfer back to the ACD Express group.
The only problem is the Internal Blind Transfer just ends up back in the voicemail system, and we're not getting the calls into the ACD group.
Is there a way to bypass the Call Reroute on the transfer?
I tried changing the "Originating Device INT" to "No Reroute", hoping that since its an INTERNAL Blind Transfer, the 3300 would not reroute, but it must still have it tagged as a DID.

Could night 2 go to another path that queues without members, plays rad and then interflows to primary?

The problem I'm having is getting it to interflow back with the primary.
When in Night 2, any calls directed to the ACD group # go directly to the Always Alternative which is the NuPoint Call Flow.

Hence, my question. Does this need to go to that or can another destination accomplish the same task?
