Just recently transitioned over to Mitel's call recording platform. It's been great so far. The one issue I have is we now have 3 admins who need access to recorded calls. I was told that we have two licenses that could be used concurrently and it doesn't need to be tied to any particular users just that only two can use it at once. The original two managers have no issues but I setup the 3rd just like the other two and she cannot listen to other recorded calls or see live calls. I'm going to reboot the system tonight but is there anything else I am missing? I have made sure she's the only one in the system and that has not worked. I have removed permissions from the other two so she's the only one and that didn't help. I can log into this gals pc with another managers name and see everyone's calls. I tried logging into one of the managers pc's who can see all the calls as this gal and I could not see everyone's calls.
