Hi ,

i want to monitor the new phone 6920,6930, 6940 with web ip address.

But i'm not able to logged in with

Login : user
password : blank

as mentioned in the guideline (attached)

Any idea ?

It looks as though you have something else going on as that is not the username and password fields that show up for a 69xx series phone. Besides there are not many options when logging into a phone. Inside that web interface you can do some diagnostics and take a screen shot of the what is on the users display and that is it.

The guide you are showing is a snapshot of the Mitel 6867i phone, which is actually an Aastra rebranded SIP phone, if you are getting that prompt try to log in with a username of admin and a password of 22222

admin/22222 only for 68xx phones.

Not trying to be argumentative here, but the screenshot you posted it for the 6867i phone, not the 69XX series, that is why I mentioned that.

According to the Mitel MiVoice 6900 Series IP Phone Administrator Guide, the default username is "root" and the default password is "73738", although I don't think I have ever had a need to actually log into one.

Remember there are two firmwares for that device, a MiNet firmware on the 3300 and a SIP firmware on the 5000, could be the difference.

Here is default username and password on a 6900 series phone using the SIP software (Not MiNet) on a MiVoice Office 250.  These phones are running using the Xarios Mitel Application Suite. Hope this helps someone else!

Username:  admin
Password: 22222
