Hey all,
Hopefully this is an easy issue for someone to explain to me.
I've recently acquired a Mitel 3300 system and right now I seem to be experiencing some issues with Call Forwarding, specifically when the call is originating from an external number. Internal calls work perfectly, so I don't understand why the external ones are not.
I've looked over various posts in the forum trying to find similar posts and follow steps outlined there but none of them have resolved the issue I am facing
I've rebooted the system and tested the problem across various different ip phones (our fleet are Mitel 5320 IP phones)
Checked the prefix is enabled on the dial out for the phones with call forward enabled
Checked the CoS options to confirm that the following are enabled; Public Network Access via DPNSS ; Public Network To Public Network Connection Allowed; Call Forwarding (External Destination)
There are other aspects of the Mitel 3300 I wasn't sure about regarding the CoR or CoR Groups for a specific user or user group or the Trunk attribute settings (excuse my ignorance on telephony systems, they are not my strong point).
This service has worked in the past and nothing to my knowledge has changed (I could be wrong).
Any suggestions on where I should be checking next would be amazing.
Thank you all in advance!
Vert
