MiCollab and MiVoice Call Recorder
« on: October 17, 2017, 03:29:41 AM »
I need to record several MiCollab extensions using MiVoice Call Recorder
We have MiCollab clustered with a MBG with SRC going to MiVoice Call Recorder 9.1

I see details of the calls going to and from the extension I have added but have no audio.
When I check "Ports" I see the extension in question has "Alarm Waiting for Extension Association from SRC"

Other ports range from the expected IDLE and recording, to others with the same "Alarm Waiting for Extension Association from SRC" and others with "... offline or down"

Ive been through the voice recorder, MBG/SRC, MiCollab and MCD with no luck

Not to be obvious but the phones are registering via the SRC?
Can you see them online via MBG

My question as well, the sets should show up as connected to your SRC/MBG.

Ok, so when I checked the SRC/MBG that the MiCollab/MBG is clustered with there was no a1:21:00:XX:XX:XX mac addresses
but I just found them MAC address on the other SRC/MBG cluster.

So I tried getting the MiCollab client to register with the SRC/MBG that the working clients are reporting on and i get "Invalid MiCollab Client Service Address"

Ive been looking through all the MiCollab docs, but I havent found any thing that directs me to what step I am missing.

Found it, I was putting the SRC ip address in to every reference to teleworker I could find in the client config file, but the one I needed I missed was hiding in the actual client that I looked past when checking previously.

I now have successful recording
