HI Guys,
Very odd one here feels like a firewall issue but don't have a clue how I prove this to the IT company.
Mitel 250 running 6.2 running 6 5610 DECT's, 1 Analogue Line, 6 SIP Trunks
We have just added SIP trunks (Gamma) to this system
When we point a SIP DDI straight to a hunt group/extension the call will be fine, as soon as we add a CRA / STAR the call will not connect, We can see the call going to the CRA on System Monitoring > Call Activity. But it seems to get stuck in the CRA then drops the call.
Any ideas? I have never seen this before.
