IP trunk calls - EXCEEDED LIMITS
« on: May 30, 2013, 06:02:54 AM »
Hi all, we have a customer with the following problem. They have 2 locations connected with IP trunk (not part of one cluster). When they try to dial extension of the other site they get a message EXCEEDED LIMITS on the set. I checked the IP trunk and ARS programming on both sides and all seemed to be correct. Do you have any ideas?
Thank you
Petr

In XNET ICP/PBX Networking the Max Number of VoIP Calls is set to 10, in IP/XNET Trunk Groups the Number of trunks is also set to 10 (actually the number here was 5, I increased it to 10, but it did not help). Is there any way to see how many channels in IP trunk are currently used?
