I'm newer to working in MiVoice Business, so please bear with me
I'm attempting to change a Hot Desk extension into a hardpinned one. The previous user of this extension left the organization but remained logged in to whichever extension they were at last.
I'm attempting to use the Hot Desk Remote Log out feature - I double checked to make sure my extension had the Class of Service option enabled - but I still am not able to access this.
Unfortunately, I do not know the user's login PIN for their Hot Desk, so I cannot log them into a different phone to then log out.
Hopefully, I am just overlooking something or looking at the wrong documentation. Thank you to anyone who can point me in the right direction!
