Failed to create SIP Response

I have a client who has a node offsite and can not make or receive calls, but the site where the node is can make and receive calls.
Getting these errors.
[2020-11-12 13:15:11 SIP_DLG_MGR] Failed to create the SIP response as the corresponding request is null.
[2020-11-13 13:53:42 SIP_DLG_MGR] Failed[2016] to find the generated response from transaction information for Call Object[0x40c8e354].

Did this ever work with these SIP Trunks or are you trying to make it work now?

The system has worked for over a year. Apparently the IT guy failed to add the ports like we asked
