Redundant LAN connection

Hi,
Is it possible to connect a MXE iii controller to two network switch (through two LAN ports on it) ?
i want to connect controller to two different network switches to gain LAN connection redundancy?
main IP and L2 IP of controller are in same subnet.
I worry about Loop problem in network !!!

I’m guessing these switches have an uplink between them, in which case you will be creating a loopback.  You might be able to configure (if this is a managed switch) the 2 separate switchports connected to the MiVB as LACP in which case they will be twinned as 1 port.

It can be done, it is one of the reasons for the two lan ports
look into spanning tree protocols to stop the loopback

The answer is yes.
You treat the MX as a switch, so STP needs to be configured. Make sure your upstream switch has a lower STP value for higher priority.
