So the "Disable real-time monitoring and data collection on this device" option needs to be un-checked on the Agent in YSE

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / ACD Agent Not On CCC Wallboard

I've configured an ACD Agent in MiVoice Business thats been synced and is showing in YourSiteExplorer. Under Contact Center Client I have a profile with a bunch of ACD Agents but I can't add in this specific ACD Agent's extension there to the Agent State Of Time so I can see when they have logged in and out of the queues. I have configured this user the same way as another. They aren't showing in the Contact Center Client or Ignite, is there any places I should double check? Is it a Licensing thing?

I got a question with the Micollab client latest version 10.1.9 (build: 106554), I'm doing some test with securing our infrastructure that communicates to outside LAN to WAN and my issue now is that, I am getting registration lost when enabling our softphone inside our network and it doesnt matter if I have the teleworker on or off but If I used outside network it works fine. Is micollab doing some preliminary check with 3rd party or external mitel server before it enable the softphone capability of the client? I can see on the traffic log that its trying to communicate on 5061 port on a WAN ip, that IP is on a cloudproxy and cant confirm the legitimacy and if its legit I would rather allow its FQDN address to avoid ip changes issue on their side.

Mitel Jobs and Mitel Careers / Available for work

I'm three years in from a migration from on-prem Nortel/Avaya to Mitel hybrid cloud. We implemented MiVB, MICC, NuPoint, Revolution, MiCollab and I feel I have a very good handle on these products from the admin perspective.
I've learned a lot in three years and can surely be an asset to any organization.
I don't see a lot of activity on this board, but I'm hoping to rekindle that!
If anyone knows any opportunities or resources, please let me know. I can share my contact info and resume, message me.
