I'm sharing my current setup with you. If anyone can tell me what's going on, that would be great!
Honestly, I don't understand anything, but it might be the Mitel routing that's not working.
Except I have no idea what configurations are needed to make it work.
My setup is as an image in the PDF attached to this post

I would also check all mailbox destination dialing to make sure non have been compromised, check to see if dial any number is an programmed vm option.

If I remember correctly, a long time ago when I had a similar problem, I set the auto attendant to forward to an ACD path that disconnected the call after 1 second.  So the caller experience was something like this:
 >> greeting plays
>> caller doesn't press anything.
>> call is transferred to ADC path and is disconnected.

Hello all,  I am in need of assistance.  I have a Mivoice business 9.2.  Standalone with embedded VM.  The way it is set up the multilevel AA is not used but there are voicemail boxes  1,2 ,3 that go to extensions.  So the incoming calls hear the greeting of the main mailbox the hit 1,2,3 to go to the extension. ( I did not do this and confused as to why it is this way).  This system has a toll free number that is pointed to the main number.  Seems to be robo calls are constantly call this thing, all from different numbers all day and night.  This is running up huge toll free bill for them.   There is no long distance being made from the system so they are not getting a external number to call back out.  I think the call is just getting caught up on a mailbox or stuck in that routing some how.
in Cos i have the trunks set to no frwd external calls.   enable supervised transfer is false, transfer to any number is true but restrictions is set (only the ext numbers are allowed). 

Also I have smdr turned on and  COS for the trunks enable for internal and external.  When running the mait command LOGSYS READ smdr ALL, I get nothing in the logs.  I would like to see what is going on there and maybe find the issue. 

Any help on this would greatly be appreciated.   

New info.  I just noticed that if you call and hit the vm box with the main greeting it just keeps repeating over and over.  I now assume that the robo call is getting stuck on this and just sitting there for long periods of time.  How can this be adjusted to hang up?

I did eventually got access to the system, this is just a late reply.

You have to turn on "free access" then type ftp://192.168.1.1 (the IP is just an example) in file explorer.

Then just navigate to the backups

Thanks everyone,  I downloaded a microsip app and it worked across the vpn great.  I also have connected a few to a mbg and was very simple.

Ahhh

I wonder if the license is embedded in a hidden partition or in the boot sector.  When I cloned a bcm disk to an ssd I had to use the advanced features of clonezilla as a regular software would not work.   
There were odd partitions.

I tried to do this in Linux using dd... making a bit for bit copy, and it fails... the serial number it is using doesn't seem to be part of the regular portion of the card (hardware ID or something maybe)... I could get it to boot, but the SYSID was blank and it would be in license violation and reboot every 4 hours.
