Mitel Software Applications / Re: Number Parsing for my Location

thanks boycey9.
I need to know this because while I install the application on different PC, we have 2 different codes, one is OK but not perfect, but another one is total wrong, If I click RESET, then comes the wrong one, even the right one turn to be wrong.
And, I want to modify this code to make it fit our request.
Thanks again

Why do you need to know about this, what issue are you having, normally you would just create rules and set up windows dialling locations, you dont need to do anything in the number parsing field.

It is actually pretty clearly spelled out in the user documenation on unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com, look here: http://download.unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com/ucx/3.2/UCExpress_3.2_Users_Guide.pdf starting on page 51 or so...

Thanks acejavelin

I read that before, but on the guide, There is something like Translation Regular Expression: $1
but there is no such output on  "Number Parsing for my Location".
And I guess <ac> <cc>  means area code and country code, but there's nothing Mentioned there, I wonder where I can find rules for these <ac> <cc>,

Thanks again

Thank you Ralph.

Yes, all the mailboxes have the same FCOS and MWI type, when new mailboxe is created, it's copied from the one works fine.

Thanks again.

That looks right so it's not the problem I thought.
In the NuPoint, do all the mailboxes have the same FCOS and MWI type?

Ralph

Verify that all your NuPoint ports are in the same hunt group.

Ralph

Number Parsing for my Location

6
we have some strange issues here with voice mail to email.

After voice mail was listened through e-mail client, webmail or outlook.

Message Waiting Indicators turned off on some extensions,
Message Waiting Indicators on a couple of extensions ONLY turned off AFTER the email was DELETED.
But Waiting Indicators on some extensions NEVER turned off, even after the email was DELETED, the vocie mail on the phone system was not discard, but we can use the phone to listen the voice mail again, then the light would turn off.

How to fix this problem, MWI synchronization on the phone with the reading of messages through the Microsoft email system.

Setup on all the extensions are the same,

What we are using
NuPoint Unified Messaging Build: 15.1.0.14.01
Exchange 2003
MITEL AD SNAP-IN 8.0.1.3 was install on Windows Server 2003

Thanks
