Issue: sometime incoming call goes to extension ( random ) , than when extension answer a call it drop .When i have this issue Logs is 4280 , after extension cannot call to external or receive call from external .
1. extension place a outgoing call after zero prefix , i receive congestion
2. extension when answer a external incoming call , call drop
in this case i have logs 4282 connection already exists.....
Need first reset a extension , but after 2/3 calls issue occurs
After more restart extension , issue moved to another extension , sometime issue occurs at a multiple extension at same time .
Need restart system , for 1/2 day all work fine after issue occurs .
Normally issue are on TDM, PortId=14, CompId=24 or Tx[ TDM, PortId:3, CompId:13
I don't know very well mitel icp3300 , this issue occurs after upgrade 14 sip trunk from mitel to cisco call manager . But i suppose we are a problem on tdm o database corrupted .
I want know if it possible trace examole [CID:4909160] already exists for restart connection or disable some port fault ... without restart callserver .
ps. when phone cannot place outgoing/incoming call , if i debug extension using up/down release up (cfg 234) and i go to maintenance i have a logs recorded .
ps. i have try system not sincronize with PSTN , after manage correctly clock with isdn issue are decrese . But sometime occurs
