Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: Sip trunk to analog lines
« on: September 11, 2012, 04:53:16 PM »
I'm using a third party radio system called teldio that makes radio like a phone extension. When i dial internal number from that system to the MCD i can join internal phone without problem but when i tried to use an analog trunk line plugged on the mcd from the radio system thru a sip trunk it doesn't work ?

Any help ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Sip trunk to analog lines
« on: May 07, 2012, 08:48:19 PM »
Hi,

I'm new with the mitel products and i'm trying to configure a way to access the 3300 with sip trunk to access local analog lines.

When i use the inward sip trunk of the mitel, i can get an access to the ip phone but i'm unable to get acces to analog lines and i receive a 403 error in the event log.

Could you explain what are the needed forms for that need ?

Thanks

I'm not sure i understand well....i want to redirect two DID, from a sip trunk provider (callcentric) at two different internal extensions...

I'M able to dial in with the trunk profile but unable to redirect to compute the did number to ring on different extensions...

Thanks,

I already have external hot desking license but the cost a lot of money.

That means that for each user on my Lync server i will have to buy an IP license and a external hot desking license....

How does it work with the mobility server ?

Is there another way ?

Thanks for your support.

Hi,

I'm a newbie with Mitel mcd and i'm looking for a way to ring simultaneously a local DN and a remote DN accesible over a sip trunk. As long as the DN is not local, the personal ring group are not usable. Any help ?
