Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 using Free 411

Been working with Ralph and we figured out a way to save some costs on the phone bill for directory assistance calls. In reference to an old thread http://mitelforums.com/forum/index.php/topic,964.0.html we wanted anyone that called the 551212 directory assistance to be redirected to one of the free 411 services(in our case we are using the BING-411) instead of being charged the $1.99 per call.
To do this I created a new route that mimicked our existing route but had a different digit modification number.
Under the new digit modification number I had it absorb all 12 digits dialed(9+1+AREA CODE+5551212) and then insert the digits of 18002464411.
Then under ARS digits dialed I had to create a Digits dialed for each of our local area codes as well as a catch all digits dialed of 91XXX that included the 5551212 number with 0 digits to follow that referenced my new route.

Now rather than constantly having to remind people to use the FREE 411 services they are forced to use them automatically. Hope this helps anyone else that might be experiencing similar costs on there phone bill.
