MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Re: Station speed dial issue

Tech,

I did make sure to clear the passcode from the phantom, no hash marks there. I've done this many times without issue. I rebooted the system as well thinking the long uptime (346 days) might have been an issue but no. I even had her try to default both extensions but that did not work. I created  a new keymap as well and that did not work. She says when she hits the button she gets beeps. I confirmed the FACs are correct.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Station speed dial issue
« on: April 10, 2025, 04:49:51 PM »
I've got a rel 6.0 Sp1 PR2 system. Customer wants the ability to manually forward calls when needed. I created a main phantom for control, which the DID is pointed to. I set up a CRA 2570 for the external forward using another phantom that is manually forwarded via ARS to the external number. I set up 2 station speed dials, one to turn off forward, which sends the call back to the STAR 3591170#3552520 and the other station speed dial to turn forward on 3591170#3552570. Both the admin phones have the station speed dial keys but when they press the key, nothing happens. When I go back into DB programming, the forward on 1170 is still pointing to 2520 instead of 2570. I'm under the 16 digits. Am I missing something?

I've got a hotel with an SX-200ICP rel 5.0.2.3. I have the auto attendant set up and the single digit transfer mailboxes created. I cannot get calls to ring on the LDN on the console so I had to set those 2 options to 0 and use form 19 to route the call. I also cannot get the external transfer to reservations to work.  I've checked system option and option 21 is enabled. Form 30 has no restrictions. Form 20 has no members in any group. I made sure the voicemail ports are set to LD. When dialing the internal number that's forwarded to the speed dial, it works. When pressing option 2, it rings once then goes to fast busy. The COS for voicemail has trunk to trunk, external call forward and abbreviated dial access, same as the single line extension COS.  There is no tenant interconnect restriction. I even added a CPN to the single line extension. Any ideas what I'm missing here?
