Hi All,
Thank you all for your help - yes all phones are supposed to be programmed the same and yes when trying settings for audio it doesn't make a sound so thinking it may be a faulty set : (

Hi - We have 4 phones on site but one fails to ring - we are unable to see how to increase volume - handset doesn't make a noise when on speak also but we are able to hear caller and caller is able to hear us - just no dial tome when on speaker and no ring both externally or internally - luckily we are bale to see caller from display light up - please could anyone advise on how to fix?
