Hi - We have 4 phones on site but one fails to ring - we are unable to see how to increase volume - handset doesn't make a noise when on speak also but we are able to hear caller and caller is able to hear us - just no dial tome when on speaker and no ring both externally or internally - luckily we are bale to see caller from display light up - please could anyone advise on how to fix?

Do you have the same class of services for the phones who works and who doesn't work ?

Are you sure that the phone is programmed to ring when calls come in?

The settings for the ring tone are under the settings button; have you looked under there to see what the phone is programmed for internal and external calls? When you switch between them you should hear the "song" being played, but if you don't it may just be a bad phone.

Thank you all for your help - yes all phones are supposed to be programmed the same and yes when trying settings for audio it doesn't make a sound so thinking it may be a faulty set : (
