I was able to find a replacement headset, and that successfully resolved the issue. Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks so much for the reply.  I do see

I'll try to clear it and let you know what happens.

One of our users is experiencing an unusual issue with their Mitel Bluetooth headset, which is connected to a Mitel 5330 deskphone. When the user initially attempts to use the headset, they hear a repeating tone instead of the expected dial tone. However, if they hang up the call and then attempt to use the headset again, they receive the proper dial tone.

Before I proceed with ordering a replacement headset, I wanted to check if there might be any deskphone settings I should investigate that could potentially resolve this issue. Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and if so, were you able to fix it through configuration adjustments?

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Mitel Software Applications / Re: Call Director Call Flow Actions
« on: March 19, 2024, 05:58:35 PM »
Thanks for the reply.  The action I want is in a different call flow.  It looks like "Existing Actions" only shows actions from the call flow it was created in :(

Is there a way to copy a specific action from one call flow to another?  Right now, all I see is the option to copy the entire flow.

I just checked it.  The COS has "Group Presence Control" and "Group Presence Third Party Control" enabled.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that.

The Feature Access Codes for joining a group (*48) or leaving a group (*51) don't work for one of my ring groups.  I put in the code, input the group number when prompted, but I get a busy signal along with the message "Invalid Number".  Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply.  On the even of a holiday no less.  I was hoping for something similar to what we had with the 5000 series control center.  I'm just testing out some ring group configurations.  I can always do it the old fashioned way and test the extensions in the office.

Is there any way on the Mitel 3300 servers to watch an extension while it rings?

Ah, that lets me know it was likely user error.  Thanks again for the response  :)

Thanks so much for your reply.  There's no other hardware attached.  I was wondering if there was some setting in MiVoice that would make it think there was something else there.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Conference Call Message
« on: January 24, 2023, 11:34:44 AM »
I've got a 5330 user that attempted a conference and stated she received the following message:  Re-launch Application after checking the insertion of the Conference Unit Module.  She also stated the Applications button displayed "Conference Unit (Off)".  I tested it and was unable to reproduce the error.  I'm thinking she pressed the conference call button before making the first call.  Just in case I'm wrong, does anyone have any idea what could have caused this?

Thanks so much for the feedback. :) I've changed the "Designate This Mailbox for Play-Only" setting and unlisted the mailbox in the directory.  There haven't been any additional messages since last night. ;D

Somehow, callers have been leaving messages on our 900 system administrator voicemail account.  I have no idea how this could be happening.  Any clues?
