Then, what is the purpose of MiVoice for Lync?

2
Mmm.  I wonder if it is mirroring the Live Business Gateway where no client is required.  We have the LBG server and client licenses.  Hopefully, we can transfer our LBG server/client licenses to the UCA solution.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hello,

Is the UCA client required for MiVoice for Lync to function? I ask since the brochure on Mitel's website doesn't state that the UCA client is required to make MiVoice for Lync work.

Now, I am being told that the UCA solution is required to make MiVoice for Lync to work.

Your feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Mitel Software Applications / Mitel Wireless Stand - Firmware Updates
« on: February 07, 2011, 06:35:28 PM »
Out of the box, the Firmware version is 1.01.  My business partner gave me v2.03 so that I can update.

When I tried updating using the IMG file, I lost connection during the update, and I haven't connected since the update failure.

1 - I tried going back to default factory settings but that didn't help.  Should I just swap it out for another?
2 - Should I upgrade in increments first?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Ron

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: OCS/Lync Intergration

Did you ever get MS Lync 2010 to work with the LBG?  If so, did it meet your expectations?

Thanks

Ron
